rekordbox dj lyric not working at all

I've had issues with software from day one.  I'm now about a month into dealing with customer service about lyric not functioning properly.  (via e-mail only)  It takes about a week for them to respond to me.  If there is anyone that can help, I'd greatly appreciate it. Pioneer and rekordbox customer service is 100% garbage!  So......... the details:

Creative plan purchased.

System requirements, more than double the recommended.

I have the lyric data for several songs, it just wont play.

Updated drivers, enabled lyric, video as well and still nothing.

I can play random sample visuals in the back ground however.... Cool, but not the same.  

I just want the software to work as it should.  

I've filed 2 support tickets and haven't received anything resembling assistance.  They are a joke!
