Pioneer and rekordbox customer service is 100% garbage!
Thank you for at least making it clear what I'm stepping into when I reply here.
I've filed 2 support tickets and haven't received anything resembling assistance. They are a joke!
I opened them to see who helped you and what support was offered... and it seems that you were asked several times to provide a video so our engineers could better understand the problem, but you only did so 20 minutes after posting this.
I'll let our lead rekordbox engineer provide the assistance on the ticket, but I'll thank you for your patience.
