XDJ RX2 Not Taking All Settings from Rekordbox

I am having so many issues with getting my settings in Rekordbox to transfer to my XDJ RX2.

The feature that will not transfer that are crucial to my style are...

1) Half Sync/Double Sync - I have the box checked and it works on the laptop but when I update to my USB and plugin to the XDJ RX2 and update settings it still won't allow half or double sync. If I push sync on a 70bpm song to match a 135 bpm song it jumps it to 135bpm not to 62.5bpm. I can mix by ear but for more creative transitions from genre to genre this is important for me.

2) The auto hot cue play will not load. I have hot cues set that allow me to use the hot cue pads as a beat pad. But the setting in Rekordbox won't cross to the XDJ so when I hit a hot cue it stars playing automatically.

I called support and got a "3 day response" answer but no one has reached out. I just bought this a week ago and am extremely frustrated.... Thank you!!!!
