DDJ 800 Jog wheel

Just got a brand new DDJ 800. Once I plug in my speakers, the jogwheel starts to not work. It doesn't forward the tracks, but every other buttons seems to work ok.

Sometimes it works, but i will say its not working 99% of the time, even if I take out my speaker.

Have updated the firmware and all.

I am also using a XPS 15, windows 10..

Someone please helpppp

Hi Vincent,

It's most likely a grounding issue; since the jogs on the DDJ-800 are capacitive, if the problem ONLY occurs when the speakers are connected, they may have a short or be creating a ground loop between the speakers and your computer which is affecting the impedance of the jogs. Please try using something like an isolation transformer, or simply try connecting your computer's power supply to the same electrical circuit as the speakers.
