Hi I am using a Patriot Supersonic Boost XT 32GB with FAT32 format everytime i download a new track i load it in to rekordbox everything works fine i set my cue points. once i plug it into the console i get the e-8306 error i have tried to completely format the usb, update the console to the newest firmware, update rekordbox to the newest version, i even bought a new usb nothing worked. every track out of the thousands i have works completely fine.

Unfortunately not all USB drives are compatible with all our hardware.
Can you post a photo of the drive? I have a couple of different XT drives myself and don't recall any issues. If you can also tell me which device and firmware version is installed, I can test it on my end.
