XDJ-XZ Out of Sync with Hot Cues and everything else

Ok so IDK if I am doing something wrong but here is my issue:

(Tracks have been analyzed, beat markers placed in rekord box, Deck Quantize is on)

Track 1 is playing sync is on master is on

I go to play track 2 with the sync on as well..but it doesnt sync up really...

1) if I hit and hold Cue it wont snap to the grid it will just play at any time off beat
2) if I hit play it wont snap to the grid
3) If I hit and hold cue and THEN hit play it snaps to the grid
4) If I hit a hot cue point it just plays and does not snap to the grid

1,2,4 also starts having the sync button flash
3 has the sync buttons flash till I hit play. 

IDK if I am doing something wrong but coming from traktor if I did any of the following it would instantly play on beat in sync even if my timing on hitting the button was way off. It would always lock into sync... like you couldnt even get it out of sync unless you deactivated the sync button...



How do I fix this?
