I have a ddj-sx with one red light

My ddj-sx won't turn on when I press the power button I bought a brand new adapter and yet in still it only shows one light nothing else

It's not a problem with the DC adapter, but the unit itself is having an internal voltage issue. Please contact an authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
