Beatport / Beatsource Login issue

If you are not able to login "Beatport" or "Beatsource" and see an error message

"Network Error Fix your Internet connection environment then try again", please follow the measures below.

 

A Windows user

Please install ver. 6.6.1 available here.

You may have installed ver. 6.6.1 in past, run rekordbox ver. 6.6.1 on your folder. 

C:\Program Files\Pioneer\rekordbox 6.6.1

Double click rekordbox.exe

 

Then check if you are now able to log in to Beatport or Beatsource. 

If you are successful logging in, you can update to the latest rekordbox ver. 6.6.4 now.

If you are still not able to log in "Beatport" or "Beatsource", please contact us from the form here.

 

A Mac user

Please download ver. 6.6.1 and install that version available here.

If you are successful logging in, you can update to the latest rekordbox ver. 6.6.4 now.
