Generating a System Report on a Mac (OS X)

1. Connect your Pioneer DJ gear to your Mac.
2. Open the Apple menu and click About This Mac:

3. Click the System Report... button, then the System Information application should appear:

4. Please wait 1-2 minutes to allow the system report to generate all system information, then in the Menu Bar, click File > Save...

5. The save dialog should appear. In the Save As: field, name the file SystemProfiler and select Desktop as where it will be saved:

6. Attach that file to your reply.
