How to generate a System information file, Windows users

- Connect all devices to the PC that are usually in use and provide Model names of the equipment (e.g., DDJ-1000)
- From the Start Menu > W > Windows Administrative Tools, select System Information as shown below.

- When the "System Information" app is launched, click "File" > "Save" to save the system information in a NFO file.
