I have the same problem going on with the hot cue latency in stand-alone mode. Very annoying.
Any updates on this issue?

XDJ-RX3 Key Sort Issue, Latency
I just bought the XDJ-RX3 until in Aug 2022. I have updated to the latest firmware version 1.13. The key sort function does not work properly. Key sequence is completely out of order. 4,1,10,11,12,2,3,5 etc. this is extremely annoying as I like to quickly scroll down tracks in key in a playlist. Never had an issue with this on my rekordbox laptop software. In addition, there is a latency issue with the hot cues. There is about a second delay after pressing the hot cue. Also, keys tend to switch from key notes to the Camelot wheel and I have my setting in rekordbox set to alphanumeric. This is definitely not the type of quality I expected from a $2K machine. Pioneer DJ please reach out so I can see what needs to be done to fix.

can you post a video of the hot cue latency, I never had that issue, make sure quantize is "OFF" on each deck and try it again

The key sort is a known complaint because of how it's listed as an alpha not a number, and this cannot be resolved on the RX3. I'm not sure what you mean about "switching" they keys, I've not experienced that myself. Can you please provide steps to replicate this?
