Oke, here goes nothing...
For while now I really struggle with the reliabillity of my USBs beaing read by any digital player. I invested in sevral diffest USB sticks, but almost every time something is wrong. Nowadays I bring 5(!) USB sticks to a gig in the hopes one of them will work. Thank god my performance is with somebody else who does have a working USB...

I managed to test a bunch of USBs during a gig. 2 of the USBs i formatted with "MiniTool Partition Wizard" and 3 of them with "HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool"
The goto tool for me always was "MiniTool Partition Wizard". Guess what, al the USBs formatted with that tool failed. The USBs formatted with "HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool" worked perfectly.
...further proving that it's not the drive, but the system on it.
