Error "no cue/loop point" while trying to change the Next Track.

Not able to load "next track" from the next track button on my Pioneer CDJ 2000 Nexus.. Its showing "no cue/loop point" while trying to change the Next Track. I can load the previous track but not the Next Track. 

Please help.
