plan subscription

i just get core plan subscription, it said on the plan it can do sequence recording. when i'm contact the support it said not including on the core plan, only creative and professional plan. Does anyone having a same problem? i'm trying to contact support still got no response.

So im having a problem where it wont UPDATE my subscription where its telling me its unable to connect to the server...

"Failed to update the following subscription license information becasue your computer was not able to connect to the server"

However I am connected to the internet and everything else is working, I am even typing on the same machine and sending this just after that message has popped up.

Howe can this be resolved asap as I have events coming up.
