Rekordbox lighting - Betopper LS10

Hi, I am having some difficulties. I have just got the RB DMX1. I have plugged my 2 new Betopper LS10 moving heads in, assigned the DMX channel on each of the lights, and daisy chained them, and also selected the lights in the software and again, assigned them to correct channel. I then went straight to test them out with some music. Firstly, almost every single song I played, they showed the exact same colours - purple and a mix of green and blue. Secondly, when I try to programme in a colour, they do not show the correct colours. For example, when red is programmed, it shows purple, when yellow is proghrammed it shows red, but to be honest, I struggle to get anything out of it except purple. The two light movements also dont 100% sync (is there away to make them move at exactly the same time?). And also, the scenes are not very energetic when portrayed by the lights, I am thinking there is some sort of error on the fixture settings provided in the rekordbox library. Can you help me or fix this please.

Sounds to me like you didn't match the lights to the program.

There are 2 entries for the Betopper LS10 in the rekordbox lighting database; 9ch and 11ch modes. Which are your lights set to use? Which did you select?

What are the addresses to which you have assigned the lights in rekordbox, and what are the addresses of the fixtures?

Hi, I have used and set the correct entries. Tried both 9 and 11 channel modes. Currently have the first one set to channel 1 on the fixture and the software, and the second one to channel 12 on the fixture and the software. - here is a link to the colour display issue - https://www.youtube.com/shorts/eSZMoTJj8yw.

It must be something to do with the colour wheel programming. I saw a forum somehwere else of someone with the same issue, and you or alterbase adjsusted the colour wheel order or something. This is the colour wheel for this fixture -

It's possible that the values used for the channels are not 100% correct:

Please submit a new post for a fixture request and note that the color wheel is not correct, our database team will check the values.
