WeGo4 and iPad Pro 12.9"

Why is the iPad Pro 12.9" not supported on the WeGo4?? Is there anyway to get it to work?

Not sure, but must be a issue with the set-up in the Pro 12.9.  Will inquire.

As I've been told I can't repost this question, could I get a reply please. I am deciding on whether to return the product as not being able to use it with my latest hardware is frustrating.

The rekrodbox team confirmed WeGO4 works with iPad Pro.

iPad pro 12.9-inch  iOS 9.3.2(13F69)

WeDJ ver1.1.0

WeGO4 ver1.00

 

Which version of iOS are you running on your iPad pro?  Also, can you please explain the details of the issue you're having?

Using iOS 10.2. Also didn't work with 10.1.

The audio will play through the WEGO4 but only the master volume operates correctly. All other functions do not work.

I have tried using WEDJ ver 1.1.0, Djay Pro and Djay 2. None work with the Pro 12.9".

My point of interest was the fact the engineers were using iOS 9.3.2, and you're using 10.2, so that could be part of the problem.

They tested with 10.x and were able to get it working - was the WeGO4 also connected to a computer?

If you mean at the same time as the iPad Pro, no it was not. The WEGO4 works fine with my laptop using Rekordbox and Virtual DJ. If you're confirming that it definitely should work with the 12.9" model as well as the 9.7" model then I guess I should try restoring my 12.9" to see if it works after that. (I did not want to try this if it wasn't supported officially due to the amount of data I will have to re-download).

The iPad Pro 12.9" does not work. Only the master volume pot does anything. All other controls do nothing.

Im having the same exact problem while trying to use my ddj wego 4 and my iphone 7 plus running wedj version 1.1.1  I bought my ddj wego 4 on January and this other person has had this problem for the past 5 months so can I have a number to call so I can send back the wego4. No way Im gonna wait  for so long like this person did.

@Fernando > Sorry, you'd have to ask your retailer if you wanted to return a product - if you're having problems with rekordbox and your iPad, I recommend you file an inquiry ticket here and our rekordbox support team will be able to gather details to further assist you in troubleshooting and resolving your issue.

Hey I figured it out. So, what I did was delete the wedj app then go into "settings" then "general" then "reset" the chose "reset all setings". After the phone resets all settings I downloaded the wedj app and it worked fine.
