How to stream Facebook live with iPhone 7/DJM-450

I am looking to steam my sets using Facebook live and my DJM-450. I gather I need a Røde SC4 adaptor but is it supposed to connect to the master out via an RCA cable as currently my monitors use that connection?

If you're on Windows and want to broadcast to OBS (or other similar software), I've created two new guides:

DDJ

DJM

I wouldnt use an iphone to stream sound is really bad. Create a DJ facebook account and use some software called OBS Studio. Free on Windows.

Not at the mo, I've only had my DJM-450 for a few days and I'm currently unable to get to  USB output to work in another application.

I currently run a RCA to Jack cable from the tape out port on my amp to microphone in on my laptop.

I hope to resolve the USB issues soon just need more time to investigate and for my daughter to get off my laptop.

Hi, try to use the following two softwares together (MacOSX):

- Soundflower (https://rogueamoeba.com/freebies/soundflower/)
- LineIn (https://rogueamoeba.com/freebies/)

After install the two applications, try to do the following:

1) Open Soundflower (set the default for 2-ch)
2) Open LineIn
3) Open Pioneer DJM-450 Setting Utility
4) Set on DJM-450 Setting Utility the USB 5/6 to REC OUT
5) On LineIn: Set "Input From: DJM-450", on "Advanced", set the channels (left/right) to "4" and "5"
6) On LineIn: Set "Output to: Soundflower (2ch)". Click on "Play Thru"
7) On your audio or streaming application (for example UStream.tv), set the video device to your camera (webcam, for example), and the audio input to Soundflower (2ch)

The REC OUT input from your DJM-450, will be routed to Soundflower, then it is possible to record your set on YouTube, UStream.tv, etc.

Tell me if it solves your question.
