DDJ-SR nub not working

I have used my DDJ-SR for months now with no problems 

recently updated to the newer version of serato 1.9.5

and suddenly one of the nubs stopped working 

everything works perfect but that one FX nub 

I tried deleting serato and downloading it again and no luck

also tried resetting mapping the nub its locked 

any ideas on how to fix this ?
