Rekordbox licence key
Hi,
I bougth a pioneer ddj rb weeks ago and the thing is that the ddj was returned because the customer does not have any idea how to use it but the problem is the licence key, the person that returned the ddj used the licence key and now when I try to activate rekordbox says that the licence was used.
What can I do? if you need more info or photos of all the product please feel free to ask.

Hi,
You might be able to see if a device has a license key? I have an XDJ-RX which is May 2015 edition. I know that you have originally issued a license key for that. The key has not been activated since then. But I can not find the key anywhere. Then could you look at a factory number? There is a key on the data plate, but I can not activate the software.

@Kozma > Sorry, but the XDJ-RX did not ship with a key for rekordbox dj (performance mode), which is probably what you're asking for. If anything, it shipped with a key to unlock rekordbox 2.0, but since version 3, it's been free for use without a key.
Version 4 introduced the performance mode, and a key was required from then to unlock that additional feature. For XDJ-RX users, you must purchase one, or you can continue use EXPORT mode for free.
