Have you tried restarting your computer? I would also recommend swapping out your USB cable and trying to use a different USB port on your computer.

Rekordbox DJ unable to scroll??
Hi, I've been using Rekordbox DJ together with my XDJ-R1. All has been working perfectly so far.
Today I opened up Rekordbox DJ and I can't even select any tunes using the "select/push" button. It simply doesn't scroll in the screen when using the XDJ-R1??
I've checked the connection and configs and nothing has changed from previous session.
In the screenshot you can see that no tune is even highlighted. When I manually highlight using the keypad, and try and scroll it is also NOT working.
