DJM S9 Pads and everything keeps freezing up!
HI I need some help:
My S9 keeps randomly freezing up making the pads un useable. They wont do anything. Literally everything (except the faders and up faders) wont work. The effects buttons DO carry on working tho
Serato DJ carries on working and you can mix in the traditional style but you cant access any features or pads on the S9?
only thing it seems to do it after a few hours constant use. Short sessions are ok. But still this is ROYAL PITA
If I restart the S9 it works but this is a huge huge problem!
I have all drivers on my PC up to date, inc GPU and Win 7 updates etc,
I am on the latest Firmware 1.07

Just to update this - I have been in contact with Pioneer UK. They put me in contact with a Service shop (Cosmic Electronics) that are going to repair/replace the unit under warranty.
So far pretty easy going. All I had to do was email over the sales invoice/receipt to Cosmic Electronics, along with the serial number of the unit. Pioneer have now paid for it to be collected and repaired/replaced
Will update once Its been fixed or replaced
