Toraiz sequencer step features.!!!! Request!!!!!

Adding glide between steps and also the ability to tie steps together would greatly increase flexibility of the step sequencer. Especially for driving external synthesizers and sound modules.

Next, allowing each pattern to run at a different step resolution would be amazing. For example one pattern at eighth notes, 16th notes on another pattern, one at quarter notes, etc. .

And finally, another feature I've used on other rhythm machines that added a lot of interest was probability per step. So each step could be set from 0 to 100% probability of triggering. zero meaning it would never trigger. And 100% (default)meaning it would always trigger. This was great for adding a live feel to rhythmic patterns. Set most steps to 100% but a couple of them at 50% and you would get a constantly changing pattern that never deviated too far away. Definitely think about adding this, it's really great.
Thanks!!!

We'd love to add but it's tough at present.

Do you mean half / doubled speed switching performance when the pattern changed would be fine?
Or would you like to control the resolution by each track?

Is that like a midi effect within Ableton Live?
Like an inordinate filter for sequence triggers of the pattern?

+3 here!

Great suggestions, the glide on the filter effect is cool, it would be nice if we could have it for more parameters such as midi CC. I would also love to see different lengths per track/pad to create polyrhythms and the probability parameter for triggers would really be awesome!

Would love a glide feature, similar to the sampler function in live or bitwig also in scale mode we should have 2 octaves and be able to pay the scales further via midi keyboard.

---For those 303 style ACID synth patterns, some sort of glide is really mandatory.  Does sound like a difficult thing to "fit in".   But would definitely be nice and with samples, this could really lead to some INSANE results!!   Definitely, Definitely try to get this active for MIDI sequences.  Side/Glide and accent  -per step-  are what make the 303 sequences come alive!  And that 303 sound made dance music in some ways!    roland had it in the 80's.....

---Ideally each track could be programmed to run at 1/2 or 1/4 or 2x the global tempo.  That would be really cool -some samples or sounds only really need infrequent triggering and some sounds really lend themselves to faster arpeggiation style sequences.

---Different lengths per track would be nice as well.  Especially without having copy/paste functionality yet ...

---I'm not familiar with Abletons MIDI effects, but what I mean is that for each step you could set its chance of being active.  So, as a default all steps would be at 100%.  If you activated a step it would play.  But you could take it down to say, 50% and in that case even if the step was activated, it would have a 50% chance of playing. This is a GREAT way to get "humanized" feeling on hi-hat patterns and elsewhere (especially on drum beats)

thanks for listening!
