At phono on channel 4 just a signal on one side! DJM-900 NXS

Hello.

My TT is connected to phono on channel 4. On outpout the mastersignal (master level indicator too) came only on the right side. There is no signal on the left side. I checked the cables and changed the TT they are ok. There is no problem playing on usb w/ traktor on channel 4. I switched to mono and both sides (left and right main level indicator) are playing.

You have any solution for this problem?

Could be a bad RCA cable, bad TT output or bad phono input.  

  1. Try a different RCA cable
  2. Try the TT with a different mixer
  3. Try a different TT with the mixer

Hi. Thank you for your response. I alreardy tried out all possible faults,

however nothing fixed my problem. I sent it back to the music store.
