RZX won't show time remaining in track

I have tried everything that I can think of but my RZX won't show me the time remaining in a track on the actual controller.  It will show it on the computer but not the controller.  Its just blank.  I don't now if I'm missing a setting that turned it off or if the driver isn't working?  I'm about whits end with it.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
