You can't go into the TRACK mode while you're in the SAMPLING/EDIT mode.

1.3 track mode not loading
After the new update, on ocassion I can't switch to the track mode until I switch to the mixer tab.

hello Orion,
Thank you for the video and sorry for the issue your having. Im going to open up a ticket and send the video link to the production team to see why this is happening.
