DDJ-SZ jog light

I have an issue with my SZ. When powering the SZ and the demo light start firing up all light work perfectly. But once he goes into working mode only the inner leds work but around the platter the light is totally 'off' no blue or white circle around the jogs. Please help me fix this (tried already with shift+play/pause and rebooting, nothing helps)
