Track BPM effect

Hello dear support. I use DJM-S9 . Please make effect as "TTM57SL ", to sync effect tone of deck A to Deck B. Example : Beat effect 1/1 Deck A-65BPM Deck B-130BPM, When i put on Effect(Echo) on Deck-A , the effect work on 130BPM. This effect seen him only with Rane TTM57SL. Better effect tone on Deck-A to be able to sync with Deck-B tone because any time is obtained hellish clatter with effect Most frequently when using Transitions. if I was not clear, please be excused because my English is Bad, For that I attach demonstration :
