On the master out you have XLR that can convert down to anything, but if it is for recording you can do that in the software. I would check that that USB cable is plugged in all the way for the lights out and pop effect.
I pre-ordered and upgraded to a DDJ-SZ2 from a DDJ-SR recently.
1. My SR has TRS and RCA outputs, so I'd connect the TRS output to my computer (Dual TS to 1/8" TRS), and the RCA output to my monitors. On the SZ2 I can only output to my computer from the RCA. Is there a reason for this? I don't have another was to check the TRS out to see it works with anything else.
2. Occasionally all the lights on my SZ2 blink off and back on once, and there is a split second of audio dropout, almost like a pop. What could be the cause of this? Static? If so, how can I avoid this? Could this be an issue with the controller itself?

I figured the XLR would be too hot to convert down to a 1/8" and plug in my PC. I always record using Serato, but I'm streaming music online, so that's why I need to input into the line in on my PC. I am assuming there is no way to pick up the audio feed from the USB (or Serato recording) and use it to stream as well, but am I missing something?
I'll double check the USB tonight and see if I have any issues.
Thanks.
Normally on my numark ns72 its no prob but since i switched to this ddj-sz2 i cant listen and watch youtube scratch video on left channel while scratching on right channel to video all sound only in headphones, usually with mixing cue right in the middle where neither headphone cue is tapped or on and the crossfader still cuts out on which ever side i choose like if it was playing aloud on speakers
