I have tried everything, my firmware is up to date, i cant get anything but white noise from my headphones and havnt been able to mix properly for a month plus now. Please help

I have made sure head jack is connected, level is set correctly, que button pressed, level meters are lit, sound passes thru focusrite interface and thru my monitors fine, only having problems with getting audio out of headphones
Process of elimination, have you tried both jacks, different headphones, different cable, different track?
