Didn't get my voucher code for Serato DJ

I have a problem. I bought a Pioneer DDJ-SB2 on 2017-01-02 from my local shop "Tamsta". It is in Vilnius, Lithuania. I paid everything what I had to, I had to get my controller + Serato DJ. All I got was a controller, there was no voucher code inside, there was an Operating Instruction and Warranty Certificate inside and a controller. But no voucher code. I was trying to deal with that shop, but everything they've told was that they cant help me and I must to write here. It's been already almost 2 months as I cant use the program that i bought for my own money! Please, help me, tell me what can I do with that, I have all of my payment documents.

You dont get a voucher AFAIK, I have purchased two SB2's and one SB and non came with a voucher, only a link to serato intro (which is a limited function demo) .

I have checked my boxes and manuals and no where is a voucher mentioned, only the link to the free but limited serato.

This is the same for Virtual DJ based units like the wego(2,3,4), they only have a link to the demo (VDJ Home) , how ever the wego came with a limited version of Virtual DJ which only worked with the wego's, it would not work with any other decks.

I must note that all my units a the made in japan units so I dont know if other areas have different "free software" options
