Trying to update from 1.22 to 1.4.
Nothing plugged into the device besides power.
Press USB Stop + Reloop/Exit.
NO FIRMWARE UPDATE OPTION PRESENTED.
The device just runs to the normal screen.
I've tried a factory reset. Same issue after the reset.
Any alternate ways to get the firmware update app up?

Responding to myself. I discovered that I need to pay more attention to the manual PDF than YouTube videos. It's NOT USB/Stop, it's JUST USB + Reloop/Edit.
Anyone with a similar problem, be sure you read. Left to right, top to bottom.
