Your WAV file is 32 bit, according to the manual the XDJ-1000 only supports 16 and 24 bit WAV.

XDJ 1000 E-8305
Hello,
I have multiple .wav files such as the one in the link below, that do not play on the XDJ 1000. They are all 44.1KHZ .wav files and are in accordance to what is listed in the support manual:
