Quantize effects on DDJ-RZX

I have a new DDJ-RZX and I would like to know how to quantize my effects. I have quantize selected on for each deck but it's not quantizing the effects that I am using. I know how to do this on my DJM-900 and my XDJ-RX but how do I do this on the DDJ-RZX?
