DDJ SX2 Hessing/noise

Hello All,

I recently purchased a DDJ SX2 brand new and as I connect it to my speakers it makes this loud messing noise. All systems have this hissing noise, but not this load. It's before I connect my laptop or anything and the master volume is at Zero.

I have power speakers JBL and as soon as connect the XLR cable coming from the speakers to the controller it start making the load messing noise. everything else seems to be ok. 

Can someone please help?
