DJM-S9 Hot Cues ... ect.
I just purchased the DJM-S9. When reading instructions it stated that it was a plug and play with Serato DJ. I'm running a MacBook Pro, 2014. Well, I plugged it and it asked me to download and install the driver. I did. I then restarted everything. I have 2 technic turntables hooked up to the phono input in the back of the S9. When I load a track to either deck, it plays. The issue is that none of the hot cues work, either do the roles or slicer. The sampler seems to work.
The other issues is, I have needle drop off in the setting and, everytime I load a new track while a song is playing, it goes the point of the needle placement.
Can someone please help?

Yes, someone from pioneer already reached out to me with a quick fix. All I had to do was re-install the drivers and everything is now working.
