Official comment
Be sure you are in CDJ mode (not VINYL mode) on your CDJ. This is not a feature that you can activate/deactivate on a USB stick.

CDJ 900 NXS Frame Search
Hi,
I noticed on my new CDJs that the frame search function does not work as described in the manual. When paused at a cue point, if I attempt to scroll through the track using the jog wheel, the playback point will jump back to the cue point immediately after I lift my hand from the jog.
Is there a way to change this in device settings? I noticed in Performance mode, there is a setting for this function, but I can't find one in Export mode to put onto my USB stick.
