Are you sure the skin isn't interfering with the button operation?
after installing skin the button just stopped working so i cannot change my effects parameter. i can go left/lower but not higher/right.
i've tried reinstalling firmware and defaulting mixer to factory defaults but could not.
Could you please have a new firmware to have the parameters left or right parameters access all options in the utility. ie moving left or right takes through all options.
for now the only way i can change from echo 1/2 to 1 or move right is by tapping the TAP button once.
but i cannot move to the right in the ulitity.
the parameter buttons feel feather touch. nothing "fell" in there.

it's a skin from 12inchskinz. it fits flush and it's cut out to go around every button. i don't see why it would affect that particular button. of course there's only one way to find out but that would mean ruining that half of the expensive skin.
if it were stuck pressed in probably no other button would work, right?...
i updated firmware as a work around to restore mixer to factory default. the button doesn't still work. with or without serato. i cannot access all options in the utility because that right parameter does not work. i can only go left. it would be nice to access all options in the utility by going "infinity" left or right if you know what i'm saying. i can only go left and reach the end and have to "go out/back". perhaps a firmware could change this? or firmware make the other serato right-left parameters to the right or browse nobs to do the same thing? or is there any other button i could use to navigate the utility.
the parameter buttons feel feather touch. the right doesn't feel any different from the left. it just quit. i've tried playing around with it to "unstuck" it.
all i did was move the mixer from my dj station to a location i could work with. no banging, no nothing.
mixer is pretty new, hardly used and hasn't been gigged yet.
