Hello, I hope someone can help me with this super annoying bug. The Rekordbox waveform keeps refreshing during the whole time, so it looks like its flickering. It keeps on redrawing so you got a real hard time in a club...
Somehow, this bug only appears if I use my built in laptop screen, if I plug in an external monitor (like I do at home, no solution for a club though), the waveform behaves normal.
I use a Thinkpad T420 with 12GB RAM and an 2.5 Ghz I5 processor. Just runned Intel Updater - all drivers up to date.
Please help me, I don't want to get back to Serato because of something like this.

Hi Bro! I think that you need to try to turn off the windows updater, some times when windows find new updates he can take many resourses of you processor. And maybe you have problem with HDD drive, try SSD disk.

Windows Updates is set to manually, also i always turn WIFI off, when im DJing. The HDD is new and it would also not explain, why it only occurs if no external monitor is plugged in.

At first sight of this thread, I'm thinking the core i5 processor? Maybe you need to upgrade to something with an i7 processor? I have an i7 processor in my ASUS ROG PC with 24GB of ram and 2 SSD's in it. It's a beast and I have NO issues running the software. Maybe also it could be a video graphics card issue. Have you tried turning off your graphics processor?
Hello, thought about this too, but the System Requirements listed here: https://rekordbox.com/en/support/system.php say that I3, I5 and I7 are fine as long as they got at least 2 Ghz. Still curious...
What do you mean with turning off the Graphics Processor?
I mean by going into Device Manager and maybe Display Adapter and disabling whatever graphics card is running. I've done it before and it worked for me. Not saying it;ll work for you, just trying to help. I've never had the exact problem you have though.
Hello, i think that i know in what is you problem... rekordbox can't work normaly with your video driver((( but tuday pioneer anounce the las betta version of rekordbox and the sad that they resolved this problem))) try last betta version my friend)
