Really thought Pioneer would be much more open to allowing maps. That or not many are making midi maps for RB DJ.
With Traktor, I used th Kontrol F1 to capture loops and use them in thr Remix Deck in order to have different samples, loops, vocals, etc play in deck 3 or 4 while mixing.
Does RB DJ support something similar? Where while mixing I can capture a loop (including controlling how long the loop is (4, 8, 16, etc)) then have it play independent of the tracks in deck 1 or 2?
I was thinking of getting the AH Xone K2 and map, but a few last year had problems with it. Haven't seen anything for the F1 either.
I'm planning on buying the DDJ RZ and not sure if the Sampler can do what I want. Used to having multiple pages of 4 banks of loops and samples to blend.
Any ideas? Thank you
1) You posted to the wrong forum - the MIDI Map forum is specifically for posting custom mappings.
2) No, unfortunately the only way to capture a loop to a sample is to drag it from the waveform to a sample slot.
