Forum login issues

Hey Pulse, good to know but In safari i cant login at all, i put the info in, it tries to login and brings me right back to the login screen in a loop

on chrome it show im logged in but cant post or reply, I log out and log in and it works for a little while and then i cant post anymore, i have to log out and back in again

Yes.  Issue with chrome and the forum.  It goes to "edit your profile" instead of back to the thread you wanted to post in.  Maybe it's a cookie issue.

Tried three different browsers yesterday but couldn't log in at all to the forums, just kept looping to profile page. Today I can actually login using Chrome which is usually my least successfully browser with the forums. Didn't make any changes in Chrome or clear any cached files.

Got mine working with Firefox.

Looks good, worked first time in Chrome.

Still not working on Safari 10.1.2 OSX 10.12.6. Good luck with this one

Still not quite right for me either. When I login I get redirected to my profile page rather than the forum page. Thankfully when I navigate back to a forum page I am still logged in and can see the comments box.

Not working again.

My Safari on ios and OSX does not work with this forum. I keeps reloading at the page where you log in. Only way I can access the forum is on Chrome??

At the moment I am not even logged in?... but I can comment and everything? 

Having the same issue on Chrome and Safari. Logging in from any Pioneer page causes it to loop. Cleared cookies, data and history. Tried with a different user account but the issue persisted.

Checked that those were cleared. 

I reinstalled Chrome a few hours ago and it solved the issue. Haven't tested with Safari yet. 

its still a mess even after clearing, I responded twice to help someone and it shows 0 comments yet my posts are there

After a few days of coming to the forum on the desktop everything seems stable. On my mobile it's still an issue. 

Despite clearing the cookies and cache it still has the login loop wit Chrome for Android. 

Loops logging in with Safari.  Doesn't loop forever, but goes back to login page after briefly showing my Profile page.

And ... exactly what market share of DJs use MacOS?  (Maybe, like 90%?)

So maybe this ought to be high-priority?

(Used Firefox to log in successfully, which I never use.)

tried it all, even a fresh install of the OS last week for other reasons, tried to login into forum and Safari logs me in and then right back out

Chrome will let me log in to comment and stay logged in, the next day or so i go back on, shows me still logged in but i cannot comment on anything unless i log out and log back in

Been avoiding helping people with questions because of it, pretty annoying

I cleared cache; and I'm in. However, it took quite the round-robin effort:

• Login successful, left at Profile page
• Attempt to return to Forum resulted in blank (white) page
• Return to main Pionner website, then Support, then clicked Forum. White page.
• Return to the email notice I received containing your reply; found the link to view the message; clicked it.
• Ended up here on the thread page, successfully logged in.

So, while it "worked" to clear cache, it only kind-of worked.  Definitely more QA to do here.

Oh, and oddly: At the top of the page, I still see the link as "log in".  (Compared to Firefox, where it appears with my image photo, my name, and the link to "Log out".)

Still happens in Chrome.  Logging out and logging back in seems to fix it.

Quite annoying having to relog in everytime i come to this site.

Have you verified that you have cleared the cookies for:

*.pioneerdj.com
*.zendesk.com
*.gigya.com
