It sounds like a MIDI map issue. Did you use the MIDI Learn function to customize the function of any of the controls?

DDJ-RR - FX non responsive
Hi
For a while my FX controls have been glitchy. I was hoping that firmware updates may fix this.
Im running the latest version of Rekordbox and the Controller's firmware is unto date.
Turning the FX controls has no effect. Turning Left FX3 can also sometimes change the tempo of a track slightly.
Is there something that I need to change in the MAC midi settings? Or, is the controller faulty?
Any advice please?
