DJM 900 nxs2 beat fx problem

Totally weird - I have a similar issue with my DJM-900NXS2, but it's a test-production model and I always figured it was a hardware glitch by virtue of the fact it wasn't a mass-production unit. I've made a video of my issue to send along to the engineers with yours and see if this is a hardware fault or ...?!

Smells like a firmware issue? Have you updated? It'd be interesting to know if you both run the same version..

I have updated to firmware version 2.01 just this week from version 1.02 in the hope it might fix the problem.

Problem was present before update and is still present now.

I have also performed factory reset. No change.

Had the mixer since January.

Not a firmware issue - at least mine isn't. I've sent the videos over to the DJM team and I'll keep you updated.
