I had a 'Mix' folder with tracks from different genres, so I decided to select them by genre into 3 different folders. (around 450 tracks)
All track was loaded, cued and hot cued in rekordbox. I moved manually all tracks from 'Mix' folder into the 3 different ones.
When I opened rekordbox, it said 'The Files Could No be Found', so I selected all tracks in rekordbox Collection with Ctrl+A and clicked to Relocate them.
I did this with all 3 folders where I moved the tracks, but the rekordbox has found only around half of them. (but the missing tracks already were in the folder what I selected)
I tried them one by one, but rekordbox said 'The file is already in Collection'. So I went in rekordbox to the folder and the track was really there and loaded but hot cues and etc is disappeared.
But the Collection still said 'couldn't found' but in the previewed audio wave, the hot cues still there.
I tried 'Display All Missing Files', but same happened. Listed out the tracks what are missing, but when I want to relocate them, it said 'The file is already in Collection' and and 'found 0 files' but still say 'The file couldn't be found'.
and with few track(1-1 track each folder) the rekordbox replaced the track infos. It shows other track's name, audiowave etc. but the audio is not the right one.
I'm very annoyed of this. What can I do? It happens all time, when I just only rename the path folder, don't move anything, but the entire rekordbox database going to be chaos.

You have somehow imported the tracks a second time - try sorting by the file name and take careful note of the location. Delete the duplicate which DOES NOT have the cue points / waveform, then relocate the missing file(s). You can batch-relocate anything in the same folder when rekordbox asks "Use the same location to find other files?"
