The Worst Customer Service I Have EVER Had in My Life, Thanks Pioneer.

I have ALWAYS spoke highly of pioneer, ALWAYS!! I've owned 3 different double-din screens, car speakers, home speakers, and even headphones from Pioneer!  I LOVED Poineer's quality whether it be home audio, car audio, or pro DJ gear, but I'm beyond pissed with this company.  I've been waiting for my DDJ-SX to be repaired for over a month with no sign of an estimate of when they will finish.  I am missing out on hundreds of dollars while Pioneer literally does not care.

Let me give you all a little timeline of my "repair":

5/24: I start the repair order.  My DDJ-SX stopped working randomly out of nowhere...no spills, no drops, not even been bumped hard but it just wouldn't turn on...I treat my $1000 equipment VERY nice so I assumed it was just something small, I mean, how could it be anything major when I treat my equipment so well and it was literally working on my desk the day before and I never even moved it...

6/15: 2 weeks pass and Pioneer still has not "received" my package even though my tracking number said they got it on the 29th... Many phone calls later, they finally find my package.......and I'm just glad it's found at this point, I'm thinking maybe the process could move along a little faster....WRONG!!

6/30 (today):  It's been over 2 weeks since my "lost package" was found and over 1 month since I first started my repair order.  My DDJ-SX is still marked as "in evaluation process".  I've missed out on nearly $1000 at this point.  I call them and I get very little help, they pretty much tell me they're just simply busy and can not give me an estimated date or any useful information...

 

So, Pioneer, whom I thought was one of the best companies, treats their customers like we are not important.  We already bought their thousand dollar product why should they care about us now??? First, they LOSE my $1000 equipment, they don't find it until I call multiple times asking about the status, and now, a little over a month later, I'm still sitting here waiting with no estimate and no idea when they will even TAKE A LOOK at my decks.  

 

Great customer service, Pioneer.  You've just lost a lifelong customer.
