Save Loop as Sample

 So, I saw this topic but it was closed without really a clear explanation.

I'm trying to "Capture" a live loop in Performance Mode and then load it into a Sampler Bank.  The scissor icon doesn't pop up.  This guy said he found out by going to the far right and waiting a bit, but they don't say where to put the cursor, how long to wait, how to capture it, etc.

There are many things in the manual that either do not work or are difficult to see.  Help...
