DDJ SB2 right side audio issue

I have had my DDJ-SB2 for about 6 months now and have had no issues. I tried to contact pioneer via email and haven't gotten a response so I figured I would post here and hope for the best. The last time I used my controller it worked just fine but when I recently tried to use it the audio on the right side wont play at max volume. When I use the right slider it only adjusts the volume from 0 to about 45%. I can adjust it however using my mouse on the software (Djay pro) so i'm thinking there might be something wrong with the device itself. The left side audio slider works great, you can adjust the sound from 0-100. If anyone has answers I would really appreciate the help. Thank you!

No help, sorry, but this has just happened to me with both ides, & also now, my right decks tempo slide is unresponsive & the virtual decks start slowing down BPM even though I'm not touching anything. I tested my controller on another laptop & the issue was still there, which indicated a firmware issue.

I opened a support ticket on the serato website & they suggested I take my controller to a local service centre (they are all OS), so I'm taking it back to the retailer I bought it from to get it fixed or replaced.
