DJM-250 MK2 - Issue with the ISO for High Frequency

I hope someone can help with my query.

I have noticed when I'm playing a track and is I cut the bass and the mid, the high is barely audible. I have cross checked this with my DDJ-SB and there is much more sound when I play the high only. Is this how it should be or is there a problem with the mixer (it is the same for both channels)?

I have used other mixers in the past and I remember there being more sound coming though the high frequency eq.
