ddj rzx

need help i have the ddj rzx it works great but when i put a song in the decks the middle screen does not show the wave forms it does show the wave forms in the decks also i went to video mode the video shows up in the software but no video in each deck also in the middle screen it shows no video at all i called pioneer support they said it might be the fireweall blocking it i shut off the firewalls it still does the same things also 2 days it was working perfect and now this proublem please help
