Transferring Playlist between computers

My friend and I pretty much share libraries, but over the course of time they deviate a little. As in he makes a playlist or adds a few songs.

Is there a way to merge the two "profiles(?)". If not, is there a way to just transfer a playlist he has created and put it into mine. That is if I have all the same tracks.
