You need to have two decks connected via ethernet. Once they are, start both decks, and assign one as master (it should do it automatically for the first deck that starts). You should then see the phase meter. Also check your utilities that you picked the appropriate phase meter. Either 4 rectangles like the old CDJs or the ticks (like serato dj).
