DDJ-RB suddenly stops working

I am using the DDJ-RB with external sepakers and while I am using it, the tracks on Rekordbox just freeze and the DDJ-RB ins't responding to any of the buttons. This usually happens after 2 minutes after i open Rekordbox.

Oh yeah and when Rekordbox launches, it says DDJ-RB connected but when the programme freezes, there is no error pop up or something like that:

Does this have to do with my settings or is there something wrong with the software/hardware(DDJ-RB).
